Check-In
| Digital or Photo Match Card Check-In |
| Referees, The Greater Central Florida Youth Soccer League (GCFYSL) is moving to two forms of check-in: GotSport Live Digital and Photo Match Cards. GCF will transition to these over the Fall season. We are leaving Standard match cards as an option for now but these are to be your last resort.Digital Check-In We encourage use of the new GotSport Live Digital Check-in, this is a relatively easy process that does away with match cards and passes. We understand this could be challenging for some and referees are still learning the process. If you do give it a try we suggest having a printed match card as a backup the first time.If you have concerns about connectivity at the fields, match day rosters can be set before leaving your home. You can then screenshot the Referee QR code to present at the field. Otherwise, be sure to leave yourself time to set the roster at the fields.See these articles and video walkthroughs to see how it works and get detailed instructions:Digital Check-in Instruction LinksCoach/Manager Process (video)Gameday Process Start-to-Finish (video)Toggling Team Privacy Settings (video)Referee Process (video)FYSA/SunshineLeagues.org Webinar Recording (video)Photo Match CardsHere is how Photo Match Cards work:BOTH HOME AND AWAY TEAMS will print their own photo match card. You will see only your players. You are responsible for your own match card. Both cards are presented at check-in. Since the photos are on the card, no passes are required. At the end of the game, both cards will be filled with the score and signed by coaches and the referee. You will then exchange cards so that you have a record of your opponent. We suggest you take a photo of your own card for your records before handing it off. Home Team Match Card upload: this is a bit tricky since only one document can be uploaded. We suggest you lay the 2 cards next to each other and take one photo. Upload that file when reporting the score. If you are only able to upload one card, that is fine.
